On Monday 28th November, the final of Emerging Chef North 2017 took place in Milan, a historic competition conceived and organized by the well-known food critic Luigi Cremona. After being selected to participate, Davide had to pass the regional qualification first, winning equally with Stefano Bacchelli and then competing in the final, where, again, the competition ended with an ex-aequo between the two participants.
The appointment now is for October 2017 in Rome, when the national final will be played.
