"Giovani & Audaci", a book on the 30 best young Italian chefs

On 10 November 2016, "Giovani & Audaci", the volume written by Vizzari, Cavallito and Lamacchia, was released in the bookstore, where the 30 best young Italian chefs to watch are told. It was a great honor to see our Davide Caranchini included among all these fantastic cooks. In the book are made "funny" portraits of these guys who, according to the authors, are revolutionizing Italian cuisine. We strongly advise you to read it, also because you will find 30 fantastic recipes, one for each cook.
