This menu, divided into acts, is made up of 13 courses plus an intro and an outro, or rather our welcome and our goodbyes. Each act is named after one of our most significant menus of the last 7 years, and beyond the names, it takes up the characterizing creative principle, updating it however according to our idea of ​​current cuisine, to transform it into something unique and new, but which at the same time can be evocative.

From Wednesday to Friday, for lunch, we offer our “Business Lunch” menu, designed specifically for those who have little time available, but still want a satisfying lunch, without sacrificing quality.

With this option, it will be possible to choose two dishes from the four proposals of the day at the price of €25 per person, including water and coffee.
