In September 2026, Materia will turn 10.

Manifesto was born from twelve dishes that have marked this journey.

We didn’t revisit them, we made them from scratch.

We went back in time to move forward with greater awareness.

Same ideas, same ingredients, but with today’s perspective.

From Wednesday to Friday, for lunch, we offer our “Business Lunch” menu, designed specifically for those who have little time available, but still want a satisfying lunch, without sacrificing quality.

With this option, it will be possible to choose two dishes from the four proposals of the day at the price of €25 per person, including water and coffee.
