On "La Repubblica" , the 15th August 2017, some of the special awards of the 2018 Italian Restaurants Guide were announced. With great pleasure we had the surprise of seeing our chef Davide Caranchini, awarded as "Young chef of the Year". The guide will be published on 19 October 2017 in Florence, and for that occasion Davide will go to collect the award. It was an incredible news, almost a year after our opening and fills us with pride and emotion. we are excited to announce some wonderful news with you:
Materia will move to a new location.
Starting from August 1st you will find us in our new home, here in Cernobbio, in via Trieste 1/b, just 300 meters from our current location.
In the meantime we will continue to welcome you until July 14th here, in via Cinque Giornate 32.
Reservations for August will be available soon.
